1. Our aim
This statement applies to the ETA Visa Pro website, run by Travel & Adventures Limited.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. These are international guidelines that explain how to make websites usable by more people, including people who are blind or partially sighted, deaf or hard of hearing, have limited movement, or have cognitive or learning disabilities.
We build our pages with accessibility in mind from the start rather than adding it later, and we check new pages before we publish them.
2. What you should be able to do
On this website you should be able to:
- use every page, link, menu and form with a keyboard alone, without a mouse;
- see clearly where you are on the page, because links, buttons and form fields show a visible outline when they are selected with the keyboard;
- skip straight to the main content of each page using the “Skip to main content” link;
- zoom in up to 200% or increase the text size without content being cut off or overlapping;
- use a screen reader, because pages have a clear heading structure, images have text descriptions where they carry meaning, and form fields have labels;
- read text that has enough colour contrast against its background;
- see error messages next to the form field they relate to, written in plain words and announced to screen readers;
- browse without animations if you have turned on the “reduce motion” setting on your device;
- send our forms even if JavaScript is turned off or does not load.
We also try to write in plain English and explain any technical terms, such as the official names of Home Office questions.
3. Known limitations
We know that some parts of the website may not be fully accessible:
- Some content and tools come from other companies, such as the secure tools we use to collect application details and the payment provider’s checkout page. We choose providers that take accessibility seriously, but we cannot guarantee that their pages meet the same standard as ours.
- We link to other websites, including GOV.UK and the official UK ETA app. Their accessibility is the responsibility of the organisations that run them.
We do not publish PDFs or other documents that you need to download, so all of our information is available as ordinary web pages.
If you find a problem that is not listed here, please tell us (see section 5).
4. Information in other formats and help with your application
If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print, plain text or a format that works better with your assistive technology, email us at info@etavisa.pro.
If you find our online forms hard to use, tell us. We will look for another way for you to give us the information we need, and make other reasonable adjustments where we can.
We will reply within 5 working days.
5. Reporting a problem
We are always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you have difficulty using any part of it, please email us at info@etavisa.pro with “Accessibility” in the subject line, or use our contact page.
It helps if you tell us:
- the address (URL) of the page where you had the problem;
- what you were trying to do, and what went wrong;
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using, such as a screen reader or magnifier.
We will reply within 5 working days and tell you what we plan to do. If we cannot fix the problem straight away, we will help you get the information or service you need in another way in the meantime.
6. Your rights and enforcement
As a service provider, we have a duty under the Equality Act 2010 not to discriminate against disabled people and to make reasonable adjustments so that they can use our service.
If you contact us about an accessibility problem and you are not happy with our response, you can use our Complaints Procedure. In England, Scotland and Wales, you can also contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for free advice on 0808 800 0082. In Northern Ireland, contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
7. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 26 October 2026. It is based on our own review of the website against WCAG 2.2 level AA.
We will review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
